Privacy Policy & Data Protection Charter

AdvocatePro: Case Diary (accessible at https://advocatepro.online) is a professional Court Diary and Law Practice Management platform engineered specifically for advocates, legal chambers, and law firms across India. We recognize that legal practice demands the utmost professional confidentiality, data protection, and robust technical access controls.

1. Information We Collect

To provide court diary scheduling, matter tracking, team collaboration, and document management services, AdvocatePro processes only the following categories of data explicitly entered by the user or generated through authorized app usage:

Advocate Profile & Account Information

Full name, email address, mobile phone number, State / UT and City / District, Bar Council enrollment number (if voluntarily provided), chamber or practice name (if voluntarily provided), practice mode selection (Individual Practice or Chamber), and profile photo / avatar URL (if supplied through Google Sign-In or profile settings).

Case & Judicial Matter Data

Case titles, case numbers, CNR numbers (16-character eCourts CNR), filing numbers, court and tribunal names, court complexes, court room numbers, presiding judge names, petitioner and respondent party details, opposing advocate contact details, procedural stages, hearing dates and times, purposes of hearing, and advocate proceedings notes.

Client Records & Financials

Client full names, mobile numbers, city, optional company affiliation, case associations, inquiry records, agreed fee amounts, recorded fee payments, payment modes, receipt numbers, and recorded practice expenses.

Uploaded Legal Documents

Case petitions, written statements, annexures, certified court orders, vakalatnamas, and case exhibits uploaded directly to your chamber's document vault.

Chamber Team & Membership

Team member email addresses, assigned chamber roles (Owner, Advocate, Assistant), invitation codes, status, and workspace association.

Co-Counsel Collaboration Data

External advocate collaborator email address, invitation codes, assignment status, and delegated matter references.

2. Third-Party Processors & Storage Architecture

AdvocatePro utilizes reputable cloud infrastructure providers to deliver reliable, high-availability services under strict technical confidentiality standards:

Google Firebase (Alphabet Inc.) Authentication & Database Sync

Google Firebase is used for Firebase Authentication (managing authenticated user accounts and credentials), Cloud Firestore (real-time synchronized diary metadata, case registries, and workspace member state), and authenticated app data synchronization. Data is transmitted over secure HTTPS/TLS connections and is protected using provider-managed access security controls. Please note: Firebase Storage is not used for the Document Vault.

AdvocatePro Document Storage (Hostinger Backend) Document Vault Storage

Uploaded legal documents and case files are stored and served through AdvocatePro's secured Hostinger-hosted backend (api.advocatepro.online). Access requests are authenticated and authorized according to the user's verified workspace and case permissions.

AI-Assisted Legal Features Optional / On-Demand

Where AI-assisted features are enabled and explicitly invoked by the user (such as hearing notes structuring or order summarization), the information submitted to that feature may be processed by the applicable AI/cloud provider solely to provide the requested functionality. AI-assisted functionality is strictly on-demand and does not autonomously scrape or ingest your chamber archive.

3. eCourts Services Data & User-Assisted Import

AdvocatePro may allow users to import publicly available judicial and case information from official eCourts Services using a user-assisted flow:

4. Data Security & Chamber Access Controls (RBAC)

Every chamber functions in a logically isolated workspace (ws_{uid}). AdvocatePro strictly enforces role-based access control (RBAC):

Data in transit is protected using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. Access to Firestore databases and Hostinger document endpoints is restricted through authenticated tokens and server-side authorization checks.

5. No Sale of Personal Data & Advertising Policy

AdvocatePro does not sell users' personal or legal case data.

AdvocatePro does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs and does not serve targeted or personalized advertisements within the application. Your professional contacts, clients, judicial matters, and practice documents are never monetized, traded, or shared for third-party commercial profiling.

6. Data Retention Policy

AdvocatePro applies pragmatic data retention standards:

7. Account Deletion Procedure

AdvocatePro provides both an in-app deletion path and an external web deletion resource in full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies:

What is deleted: Firebase Auth identity, advocate profile, owned workspace records (including cases, clients, hearings, fees, tasks, notes, inquiries, and document metadata), uploaded document files, chamber configuration, subscription entitlement record, personal memberships/collaborations, and locally cached application data are permanently removed.
